Sounds like neither Jim nor Maryellen are available Monday for JIG.
That leaves John, Peggy, Betsy and possibly Al attending the meeting.
Do we hold the meeting or cancel and everyone sends me their check?

JIG meets Monday at my abode. We have a proxy from Maryellen.
PARKING - Our frontage road is being repaved. Due to the rain
yesterday, they are a bit behind schedule. There is a possibility that
they won't have re-opened the frontage road and parking lot by Monday
evening. I have been parking on Energy Lane. If you're driving east on
Energy Park Drive from Snelling, it's the first official street on which
you can turn right. The turn is almost directly across Energy Park Dr.
from my townhouse. I'm still hoping the repaving project will be
completed by the time I get home from work on Monday!!!
