Hey folks, The upcoming meeting is this Friday at my house (1966 Fountain Lane, Waconia) starting around the usual time of 6:30 and going until we are done!  This month is our big Belgian Brew-Off so bring your Belgian beers!  We will have some prizes for the top positions in the race for the coveted Mash Paddle as well (only for Belgians though...)  If you don't have a Belgian ready for this meeting, I suggest bringing a commercial example so we can compare to our homebrewed recipes.  Be prepared, Belgian beers are mostly stronger ales, so drink lightly!   Congrats to JAB members Tim Roets, Gera LaTour, Brett Glenna and me for getting beers into second round of NHC!   Shirts are here, but we are waiting for embroidery so I don't think they will be ready this month...we are getting close! We canceled on our Excelsior Big Brew due to crappy weather and lack of much interest.  I did hear that 2 of our guys showed up looking for us, and am very sorry about that!  Make sure you are reading these e-mails and join the JAB facebook group (not the regular page...) and we have up to date details of things on there.  I'm hoping we can reschedule something later...
