I have a simple analysis using an aquarium test kit from 3 weeks ago and
found it to be the same as Chaska tap water but I would really like to see
a more detailed analysis of the mineral content.
pH - 8.0
GH (General Hardness) - 340mg/L
KH (Calcium Hardness) - 260 mg/L
That's pretty hard. I have cut it with RO water for brewing and had good
results. It is probably too hard and carbonate straight to use for anything
other than stouts and porters.
