Thanks Mike, good to know.
I went to all RO water ($2.29 for 2.5gals @ cub) and build it up by additions after
reading Palmers book. This has made a world of difference. I struggled to make good beer
once I moved up here, especially hoppy beers. Always thought it was my water, looking at
that EP water report pretty much confirms it.
Palmers water book was well worth the read in my opinion.
