It was for a book I was working on called Craft Beer for the Homebrewer. The book is finally coming out. It shipped from the publisher's warehouse yesterday and should be out there soon. The book includes nearly 40 homebrew-scaled recipes for commercial beers provided by the brewers who make them. There are recipes from local favorites like Schell's, Surly, and Dave's Brewfarm. Other contributors include The Bruery, Cigar City, Shmaltz, Epic, Lagunitas, and others. There are lots of pro-brewers tips and profiles of every brewery. Recipes are written as both extract and all-grain.
