Some more info for anyone in Eden Prairie.
I asked for those levels because BeerSmith uses them in its calculations.

Michael,
We currently do not test for the following elements you listed. It is not required by the Minnesota Department of Health and we do not have the proper equipment to run those analysis. However, if you are interested in getting those results you could bring a sample of your water to Tri-City Laboratory in Bloomington and they can run those tests for you. They are a reputable lab and have reasonable prices. Hope this helps.

I use some brewing software that calculates water additions for specific style of beer.
Can you tell me the levels of:
Magnesium
Sodium
Sulfate
Chloride
Bicarbonate

Total Hardness = 90-100 ppm
Calcium Hardness = 60 ppm
Total alkalinity = 50-70 ppm
Ph 8.9-9.2
Free Chlorine = 1.0-1.2
Fluoride = 1.2 ppm
