Goose Island Beer Company, one of the most successful craft breweries in the Midwest, is landing in Minneapolis and St. Paul. To celebrate, I wanted to invite the members of Cross River Alliance of Zymurgists to a Tap Takeover event on Wednesday, July 30 from 5-9 p.m. at Republic at Seven Corners. Goose Island brewers and educators from Chicago will be onsite so they can meet Minnesota beer lovers face-to-face and revel in a shared passion for great beer while pouring some of their favorite, most rare and award winning brews.

Minneapolis/St. Paul is one of 32 markets Goose Island will visit in 2014 spreading its Chicago culture and craft beer success story thanks to exclusive hop farms, sour beers, barrel-age brewing and so much more.
