We've got a confirmation from both White Labs and Wyeast that they will be comping our club free yeast from their Belgian collections (White Labs WLP400-WLP575 and Wyeast Belgian Ale strains) to be used in our Big Belgian Brew. Candi Syrup Inc. has also donated some packets of their Candi Syrup.
As we are trying to get as many different homebrewed Belgian styles for our tasting in May, we'll ask you to commit to a style...it might be fun to try a dozen homebrewed Quads, but variety is the spice of life!
Start planning your spring Belgian brew, and I'll bring the goods to the meeting at Rahr Friday night.
