Ben, I know the executive chef at Oak Ridge Conference Center pretty well and I asked him if he would be interested in leading a session on food pairing. Key question before speaking with him live is what cost the members would be willing to pay. Thoughts?

I know some of our members are BJCP certified, so maybe that might be something to speak of or talk about. Something else to talk about would maybe be a food & beer pairing type of a topic?? Maybe something else (for the summer months and a place with some space) would be a show-and-tell of sorts to talk about different brewing setups/configurations - maybe something ranging from the cooler-style setups to folks with bench style and tier’d setups (along with accessories, gadgets and techniques for brewing better beer. I’d still consider myself a novice, but I’d be willing to bring my Brutus 10 style setup and talk about it..
Just ideas to consider! I love hearing from some of you more advanced brewers at our meetings!

I for one think this is a very good list and if you can actually get a tour of Surly for JAB I'm in...You can never seem to get in on those as they fill up so fast.
