So here are the yeast assignments for the September Club Experimental Brew so far. If you aren't on here yet and want to take part, just post here or on the JAB Facebook Group thread for it and I'll add you! So far we have 12 people and 15 different yeasts in the mix, so this should be pretty cool. Plenty of time to get these rolling before the September meeting...just don't brew them too early and drink it all before then!
